Most Americans don’t understand how the United States could be at odds with the United States as the title of this article suggests. If you are one of these “persons” or “individuals”, allow me to explain. One of the best kept secrets of the ages is the existence of two entities known as United States.

Are these two United States twins separated at birth? Heavens no! One of these guys is much older than the other. As a matter of fact, one United States is “Real” and the other is “Fictional”. How could one be “Real” and the other “Fictional”? You could ask certain treasonous agents in government for the answer, but I don’t think you’d get the truth. A better option is to continue reading and allow me to explain.

We know the “Real” United States was born from revolution with blood and sacrifice when it was written into lawful existence with the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The “Fictional” United States came much later and is still a treasonous legal work in progress. The unconstitutional “Fictional” United States began with the congressional Act of 1871 and the treasonous creation of the Government of the District of Columbia. This “Fictional” United States was additionally codified by another treasonous Congress at a later date in the Definitions Section of United States Code Title 28 Part 15 as a United States “Federal Corporation”.

As evidence suggests, the “Real” United States is a lawful Nation created by the Founding Fathers, and the “Fictional” United States is simply a legal Corporation created by treasonous governmental representatives to control and eventually enslave America. Now that we know the how and why behind the existence of two United States, let’s explore what fundamental principles reside in each entity. Then again, before we continue, there needs to be a way to tell these guys apart. From this point forward, I will refer to the “Real” United States in proper name format as United States and capitalize the “Fictional” United States Federal Corporation as UNITED STATES. Let’s look at what is contained in the proper and “Real” United States first:

United States

• Americans and every other human being had God-given Natural Rights.

• Founding Fathers created Constitution for the United States of America to protect Natural Rights and give government limited enumerated powers.

• Founding Fathers created Republican form of government so everyone’s rights were respected and protected by Peace Officers.

• Founding Fathers created a Lawful System with lawful laws prohibiting government from violating our Natural Rights and the Constitution for the United States of America.

• Presidents cannot use Executive Orders to become dictators because people of the United States know Executive Orders only apply to government workers.

• The United States was a lawful Nation of free human “persons” and “individuals” where the people controlled government.

• Income Taxes were not paid by the majority of American Citizens prior to WWII because they knew Income Taxes did not apply to the majority of American Citizens.

• The terms U. S. Citizen and United States Citizen meant free Sovereign American Citizen.

In my opinion, the United States as a Nation looks pretty good, but we need to be fair and compare it to the UNITED STATES Corporation so you can decide which entity our governments should use.

UNITED STATES

• Americans are granted privileges from government, called Civil Rights to replace Natural Rights. The only problem with Civil Rights is they can be changed or taken away by government at any time.

• Treasonous Governmental Representatives created a “Fictional” Constitution of the United States of America to replace the “Real” Constitution for the United States of America to further trample Natural Rights and give government unlimited power over the people.

• Treasonous Governmental Representatives created a “Fictional” Democracy replacing the “Real” Republican form of government. That way, government and Media could persuade a mob made up of 51% of Americans to violate the rights of the remaining 49% of Americans on any issue. Peace Officers became Enforcement Officers to make sure the 49% whose rights were violated would comply in this “Fictional” Democracy that is quickly becoming a Police State.

• Treasonous Governmental Representatives created a Legal System with legal, yet unlawful and unconstitutional, laws used to violate our Natural Rights and freedom under their legal Constitution of the United States of America.

• A treasonous President could use legal Executive Orders to become a dictator while the uninformed masses and a treasonous informed Congress did nothing.

• The UNITED STATES is a legal Corporation where the American people, who used to be human “persons” and “individuals”, are now controlled by government as corporate legal fiction “persons” and “individuals”. Everything these corporate legal fiction “persons” and “individuals” think they own (houses, cars, land, children, themselves) is actually owned by government based on legally fraudulent contracts like Birth Certificates, Driver’s Licenses, and Social Security Cards.

• Income Taxes are paid by the majority of Americans simply because corporate legal fiction “persons” and “individuals” are required to pay Income Taxes in the Legal System. Income Taxes are still unlawful and unconstitutional, but most Americans think legal is the same as lawful.

• The terms U. S. Citizen and United States Citizen mean Corporate/Territorial Citizen of the legal UNITED STATES Federal Corporation, NOT free Sovereign American Citizen of the lawful United States. As a matter of fact, the term Sovereign American Citizen has been legally defined as some type of Terrorist.

Well, what do you think? From my perspective, the “lawful” United States sounds a lot better than the “legal” UNITED STATES. In the “lawful” United States, no crime is committed unless there is an injured party and the government cannot violate our God-given Natural Rights. On the other hand, the “legal” UNITED STATES consists of MILLIONS of unconstitutional and unlawful laws that not only violate our God-given Natural Rights but make most people criminals on a daily basis. One definition of Freedom is “Liberty; the right to do what is not forbidden by law.” Under the few “lawful” laws, that definition is tolerable, but under MILLIONS of “legal” laws there can be no freedom—especially when treasonous government agents can change the “legal” laws to suit their purposes. The IRS, TSA, Patriot Act, Homeland Security, Property Taxes, and “legal”, yet unlawful and unconstitutional, treaties like Agenda 21 exist in the “legal” UNITED STATES. These “legal” laws, agencies, and treaties cannot exist in the “lawful” United States because the “lawful” United States can only have “lawful” laws, agencies, and treaties which do not violate God-given Natural Rights and the “lawful” Constitution.

For example, in the “lawful” Nation, known as the United States, a human “person” or “individual” must be a Natural Born Citizen to become President. Alternatively, in the “legal” Corporation, defined as UNITED STATES, any species of “person” or “individual” can become President because anyone can be President of a Corporation regardless of where they were born. Duh!!! The Birth Certificate is a “legal” instrument of incorporation and control in the Legal System. It is not proof of “lawful” Citizenship or required for use in the Lawful System of the “lawful” United States.

As you can see, there is a big difference between the Founding Fathers’ “lawful” United States and Treasonous Politicians’ “legal” UNITED STATES. Don’t let your STATE and LOCAL governments fool you into the belief they are on the side of the people. The Legal System of the UNITED STATES encompasses governments at the Corporate STATE and LOCAL levels as well. The Corporate STATES unlawfully own our homes, our cars, and our children through the use of fraudulent Split Title “legal” laws and contracts like Birth Certificates we signed without actual notice of what the contracts legally meant. That’s why your child can be force-vaccinated without your consent in the Corporate SCHOOL DISTRICTS as a corporate legal fiction “person” or “individual”. The “legal” UNITED STATES only exists in ten miles square of Washington D. C. and its territorial possessions, so control of the American people could not be accomplished without the Corporate STATE and LOCAL governments. We have been bamboozled into becoming government chattel by the Legal System of Corporations pretending to be the Lawful System of our Nation.

I cannot believe most Americans will allow the “Fictional” UNITED STATES to masquerade as the “Real” United States once this secret is revealed to the masses, but I’ve been wrong before. We’ve been tricked and deceived by the majority of our elected and appointed officials in government. Specific Special Interest-controlled treasonous agents in government created the “legal” System of the UNITED STATES to enslave us because they had very little power in the Founding Fathers “lawful” System of the United States. Instead of continuing to support these jackasses and their “legal” laws; we should rise up, wise up, and give ourselves “Real” change in the United States by returning “lawful” laws to America’s shores? The battle of United States versus United States wages on; it’s up to the American people to make sure the “lawful” United States lives and the “legal” UNITED STATES dies.
